Lucy Chen is the co-CEO of Chen Foods. In Asian culture it is very much the sons who take over the running of the family business & not the daughters, but fortunately for Chen Foods and for all of us that love dumplings, Lucy has bucked the trend. In this episode we talk to Lucy about what it has been like to take the reins of the family business and how progress and not perfection has been the focus as she has tripled the size of the business in the last 5 years.
