She and her husband Mark started Fortis Tactical Systems https://fortistactical.com They offer several courses, Concealed Carry Permit, Defensive Tactics, SAFE Defensive Tactics Instructor, Trauma Informed Policing, and FOSS Female Officer Survival School among others! In this conversation we focus on Teena's career, and more so her course work and it is incredible! We get in to her Trauma Informed Policing which I feel should be taught to all first responders and her Female Officer Survival School which is a signature course designed to help female LEOs navigate working in law emforcement!
