Francisco "Pancho" de Pablo, aka DJ Manuvers, started DJing at the age of 13. What started as a hobby (and excuse to go to parties) became an instrumental part in developing his love for music. In 1999, he officially began his journey into producing. Manuvers made the natural progression from DJ to producer. The evolution went from the man behind the turntables to the man making the music being played on them. In 2000 he started college radio on FIU's 88.1 FM with a show called "Funknotix" Friday Nights, which ran for about 5 years. In 2001, Manuvers became part owner of the now defunct Counterflow Recordings Record label, while also releasing music as a solo artist with the Bontanica del Jibaro imprint.
