We are two Black Professional Women who have combined our experiences and subject matter to better suit high-achieving women in the workplace and at home.
I don't know about you, but there are a few areas where we need to work on, one of which is dialogue.
What does that mean?
I get it; sometimes, we speak out of turn, from a place of fear or judgment, and less on the understanding that others have their lens through which they perceive their experiences and life!
In this minisode, I explain the differences between dialogue and having a discussion. In a discussion, individuals express their opinions.
Whereas in a dialogue, you have the opportunity to deepen relationships
