Episode description

Marci Darling is a writer, dancer and magic maker. She’s the author of four books, mystery

novels “The Champagne Scandal” and “Martini Mystery”, Divorce Diva” and most recently the

newly published travel memoir, “Magic Carpets, Flying Ships And Moonlit Kingdoms”.

Nomadic by nature, she’s lived, worked and traveled all over the world. She may also be the only

person to graduate from Harvard with the self-bestowed title of Princess on her diploma. In this

episode, long time pals Marci and hostess Pleasant Gehman chat about fairy glens on The Isle Of

Sky, run-ins with the police in Amsterdam, at at insane after hours striptease parties in 1990’s

Hollywood. They swap stories about Siegfried And Roy, Paul McCartney, The B-52’s, Pamela

Anderson... and getting detained by The Federales near the US/Mexico border when they were

the go-go dancers onstage for The Go-Go’s West Coast tour.
