49. Don't be a Know-It-All

There are SO many products out there! Let me provide a little relief... it isn't necessary to know them ALL. It is most important to know active ingredients and when you would use them. But, don't waste your poor brain space memorizing every single brand name, ingredient and concentration. In the real world, you can't carry every product in the clinic. And, you can always look up products if you aren't familiar with something a client brings in. So, don't feel like you have to be a know-it-all... know the basics and how to use your resources!
