#31 The Cut That Gets You Butt FT Hector Rivera

In this episode, I have the chance to speak to my long time friend since Kindergarten, Jantuane "Hector" Rivera, needless to say, French Montana's Barber! Hector and I are close friends and we talk about how it all started? He opens up about his first cut and talks about the evolution of the game. I ask him, "What does it take to be successful at what you do?" Who inspires him? But, theres more to Jantuane than meets the eye. So we go a little deeper into who Rico is? Hector has always been a very creative person with ambition. The mixture has always made Hector want to be the best at whatever he's put mind into. Despite hardships and challenges, he's pushed through it all. Loosing one of his closest friends, Joel, and complications with the law haven't stopped Hector's positivity and light in the darkness. We talk about his skating days and the days of rapping. At the end, I ask him, "What keeps you pushin'?" and he shares something I never heard from him before.
