With a background in psychology, Tracy Wright has a unique perspective on the mental game. He has done 1,000's of hours of research throughout his career on what does and does not work with responses to situations. This plays a HUGE role in shooting, and being fundamentally perfect in the box! Tracy's approach to shooting and coaching his students is something that we all should pay attention to!
Tracy also walks us through what is important psychologically, when building a pre-shot routine. This is huge in a pre-shot, and it is proven by what some of the best shooters in the game do, and Tracy breaks it down for us!
