Ep. 266 - Elseworlds - Justice League Action - Follow That Space Cab & Galaxy Jest

The Good Brothers are back again exploring a brand new part of the DC Multiverse with a review of a pair of Justice League Action episodes. Up first Cal & Liam review "Follow That Space Cab" which features a Paul Dini penned story with Superman, Lobo, Mr. Mind and Space Cabbie! Hear a break down of the Sci-Fi inspired soundtrack, character models that seem to be inspired by the DC Films of the time, and a stunted episode run-time that seems to inspire the series' name. The hosts then tackle "Galaxy Jest" which features the Clown Prince of Crime being abducted by a certain alien emperor for the purpose of entertaining his troopers all the while Batman, Superman, The Flash and Wonder Woman are searching Gotham for a ticking timebomb of Joker gas set to detonate at midnight! A full discussion of several DCAU voice cast veterans in familiar roles for this show, an homage to The Killing Joke, and Superman getting the last laugh.
