Ep. 195 - Superman: The Animated Series - Solar Power

The Good Brothers are back in the sunny skies of Metropolis, but this week's review of "Solar Power" and the return of the villainous Luminous may have them seeing red! Hear their thoughts on a episode they admit to seeing almost more than any other episode of Superman: The Animated Series including a plot that travels a familiar revenge plot, with a few magical, non-descript pieces of technology that give the villain the upperhand and causes Superman to experience even more humanity than he's used to, art style that comes from a director of a few other of the hosts favorite episodes, and musical cues that strengthen the intensity of the fight scenes. Additionally Cal and Liam discuss the voice cast featuring the voice of the original Iron Man, classic homages to the 1940s Superman Radio intro and just whether or not Lex Luthor was behind the entire plot of the episode.
