On October 12th, from 2pm-5pm, 7 Locks Brewing will be hosting the pairing event with Davidus Cigars. 7 Locks Beer Lineup

Michael shares how 7 Locks Brewing goes about doing their barrel-aged beers. They utilize bourbon whiskey barrels. The barrel-aged beer they are going to be releasing in bottles is a Scottish Ale. 

The hosts and Michael touch on a few of 7 Locks beers, including their Grubby Thicket Brown Ale and a New England Style IPA, Shattered Glass.

Richard and Michael explain “Beer Math” and the “Golden Ratio.” If you are an avid beer drinker then you won’t want to miss this discussion.

Richard isn’t on board with pumpkin spice in beer, however, Adam and Michael disagree. The three go into a discussion about pumpkin beer versus pumpkin spice beer, and each of their thoughts on it.
