Structural engineer Brian Tarantino, the founder of Tarantino Engineering Consultants, has worked on more than a dozen breweries and taprooms in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. His team's expertise has helped Jailbreak, Oliver, Black Flag, Silver Branch, Guinness, Heavy Seas and many more.
