The Gaudreau Story Keeps Getting Sadder

In today’s second hour, Dawn leads off the Dawn Stensland Show by playing yesterday’s tragic funeral for NHL star Johnny Gaudreau and his brother, Matthew. Dawn runs some audio from widow of Johnny, Meredith, who reveals that she’s pregnant, another horrific wrinkle in the story’s fold, with Matthew’s wife pregnant as well. Then, Dawn welcomes in Volusia County, Florida Sheriff Michael Chitwood, a well-known name in the police community here in Philadelphia after a long resume of great service in the City, to hear his thoughts on the Tyreek Hill situation. Chitwood, an expert particularly in body cameras, lays out who’s at fault in the story. Also, Dawn welcomes in friend of the show Guy Ciarrocchi, a personal friend of the Gaudreau family, on to the show to offer his perspective on yesterday’s funeral.
