Matakela smiled. Eve just knew Selan and Venus. She still had to learn a lot.
“The citizens of the federation live in different societies. Not nations like on Earth, but nevertheless they have different life conditions and surroundings.
We don’t have countries, but planets and every Arbitress had her own style of leading.”
“But Farah chose every Arbitress and she trained them.”
“Right, but some rule in other ways. Some couldn’t go against old rules on the planet. Not every Arbitress is as strict as you are.”
“Hm. You think I am strict?”
“Strict is not the right word, you are powerful.”
Eve laughed spontaneously.
