Welcome to a new feature for The Dark Parade, Wretched Reviews! This is something I’ve been wanting o do for a while, so let me know what you think. I wanted to collect reviews of new(-ish) films and some literature and present it in a big, sticky clump. See what you think!
For the inaugural show, we’re talking in non-spoilery ways about Jordan Peele’s Nope, Spider One’s Allegoria, Dan Trachtenberg’s Prey, and our first novel, Dead Silence by S.A. Barnes. In these discussions, minor details may be revealed, but larger plot beats will not. If you don’t want to know ANYTHING, just watch/read the stuff in advance that sounds appealing.
