Zach Pogrob and I ran our first marathon on December 2, 2023 (St. Jude's Memphis Marathon). This was a real conversation we'd have if the mics were off.

We spoke about the entire week we spent together, the run club, pre-race, during-race, and post-race.

We also were lucky to be randomly joined by Hunter Weiss (https://www.instagram.com/hunter_weiss), for about 1 hour of this podcast, who filled us in on marathon training tips, his preparation for his next race, and what it was like to track our performances in Memphis.
