Ari speaks to Dan about his time in the industry and the liberation that comedy provided him after leaving his orthodox Jewish upbringing. He also details his process making his stand-up special “Jew,” traveling the world honing his material (and realizing that, even after years of religious study, he got some details about the Torah wrong).
