027: Zero to £40m Q&A with Iyas AlQasem

On this week’s Business Growth Podcast I was joined by Iyas AlQasem.

Iyas helps Business owners and leaders of independent companies, mostly tech and digital consultancies, grow and scale their organisations with a focus on profit, values and fulfilment.

Iyas himself has grown a a £40m+ consultancy business.

Iyas has grown and led teams of talented tech, design and business consultants from 2 people to nearly 500 through startup, breaking through plateau, turnaround, rapid growth, IPO and trade sale.

Iyas subsequently founded Inspired Indie to help companies build scale and grow profitably while contributing, leading with their values and enjoying the ride.

He is currently supporting other mostly tech/digital consultancies and agencies on their own journeys to scale.
