It's always a pleasure catching up with Don from Game on: A Sports Podcast for Everyone. He will definitely be a regular on our show. It's been a hot minute since we have seen him at the shop. With the holidays approaching and it being cold and flu season. We stopped all services that required the client to take off their mask. Don shaves his head and rocks a beard... so its understandable why we haven't seen him for a while.
It was great to hear that things were actually happening with the South Bend Lions eSports team. I remember being in a few zoom meetings with Don and a few other guys a few months ago talking about all the "possibilities". According to Don, the South Bend Lions eSports team will be the official team in the new Bendix Arena located at the Century Center. A new state of the art gaming facility that is the regions only dedicated eSports facility.
Which reminds me.. it's almost 8:00pm and I need to tune into their Twitch account SBNLIONS to watch their Rocket League match against Bethel Pilots Esports team.
