Today, in the Hot Notes: the Fulton County DA is seeking testimony from Boris Epshteyn; the FBI executed a search warrant for properties of Viktor Vekselberg in NY and FL; a federal judge shoots down Steve Bannon’s motions to dismiss his contempt conviction; the Department of Veterans Affairs modifies its policy to perform abortions; the 1/6 committee abandons it’s lawsuit to get RNC data from Salesforce; Trump’s latest defense for stealing national security secrets and lying about it is that he was using them for his presidential library; and although we don’t have a ruling on the special master hearing, I did get a copy of the transcript, and boy howdy is it stupid; plus Allison and Dana deliver your Good News.
