If we prevent bullying, can we prevent mass shootings?

Technology has made it harder to escape bullies, as they can now follow you wherever you go through social media, and that's contributed greatly to higher levels of stress and less emotional margin for teens and children. And such stress is not confined to young people, with many adults now beginning to experience similar kinds of cyberbullying as the move to working remotely eliminates many of the social barriers that helped to check such actions in the office. So what are some steps we can take to help protect ourselves and others when they face such abuse?
