So how do you control it? How do you deal with it?
Today Tim and Scott discuss some recent examples where they were confronted with it, and how they dealt with the situation (not necessarily in a good way).
Because fear is something that impacts so many of our lives, it is worth taking the time to look within, and decide whether irrational fears are holding you back from achieving what you are capable of.
It isn't always easy. In fact, it's much simpler to avoid those uncomfortable situations all together. But like training in self-defense techniques or high-stress situations, training your mind to deal with and overcome such mental obstacles can prove vital in your daily life.
