Today's guest is Michel Gagnon, President of Henlex Inc in Montreal, Quebec. Michel started off as an engineer at Henlex and became passionate about creating better air quality in the workplace for welding . Michel saw the potential of the company and transitioned from employee to owner to develop more equipment and accessories to make smoke extraction efficient.
