36 | Honoring the Death + Rebirth Cycle

Life and death, they are inextricably tied. In fact, there is no life until we make space for something to die away. Metaphorically and physically.

I’m back on The Current today sharing more about what I’ve been reflecting on since getting engaged this past summer. Some themes from today's solo episode:

• The telltale signs of “purpose anxiety"
• Honoring death as a natural part of the rebirth cycle
• Choosing to view our upcoming wedding as an initiatory rite of passage
• Generally working through the gunk of family karma

In this season of life I'm asking myself, "What needs to die away in order to make space for new life?"
