Episode description

Nadia and Sam, of Wild River (@wildriver), share an intimate conversation about what it feels like to navigate a post-pandemic world.

After more than a year of COVID-19-related restrictions, the country is beginning to reopen. With that comes a jarringly faster pace of life, opportunities to gather and travel again, and new anxieties and stress.

Sam begins this episode with a grounding meditation to connect to the Earth.

Nadia and Sam then back and forth about their experiences starting their businesses and returning to “normal.” Some of the other topics we discuss:

  • Connecting to the Earth through somatic practices and grounding meditations
  • Daily practices for allowing yourself to feel deeply and leaning into your own emotional wave
  • Morning rituals to start your day inward before going outward
  • Inner child healing through dream journaling
