Malcolm 'Tank' Kennemore spent over 30-years in law enforcement - much of that was as a Forensic Polygraph Examiner / Hostage Negotiation Team Commander at Chattanooga Police Department! As a civilian, he still helps with psych evaluations, polygraph testing, and computer voice stress analysis! Malcom also spent over 9 years in the Navy! It was interesting getting to see the inside of how and when negotiations take place, plus the dynamics between the negotiator and SWAT!
