John Manley is an experienced investigator specialising in fraud and cyber-crime. The former Detective Inspector helped establish the Fraud Squad's first computer crime squad. He changed the way Victoria Police dealt with online crime.
In his forty-six years in the job, John worked in CIB's, the Fraud Squad, Financial Services Division, the Tricontinental Royal Commission and headed up JACET, or the Joint Anti-Child Exploitation Team.
