44 - Let’s Talk About Time

In this episode I’m revealing the topic of my big creative project that will become a book and my signature digital program.

Let’s talk about our relationship with time because our relationship with time is the most influential relationship in our lives. We measure everything again how long it takes, how fast or slow we’re progressing, when something is happening or needs to happen by. Our entire lives and our every experience is governed by our relationship to time and our schedule.

And yet freedom is found outside of time, in our experience of time, when we are fully present in the moment and in flow.

So let’s talk about time.
