On this episode we bring on Jarrod Dunn, an entrepreneur and founder of the TAP (Transitional Accountability Program) House, a program working with inmates looking to get themselves in an environment that teaches skills, shelter and resources, allowing them to enter back into society with a better foundation. This program sits close to the chest with him being a former inmate and addict, and he knows that if he had a program like this when he was released, he knows he would’ve been in a better situation. Being the creator he is, he saw a gap in an area of need and decided to build something around that. We talk about environment, and why it’s crucial for everyone, the challenges of building a program like this, creative tips and words of wisdom.
