Episode 54: Derek "Super Santiyoga" Santiago

Derek Santiago’s mission is health and wellness advocacy with a focus on underserved communities and vulnerable populations. A former swim coach for over a decade and an AmeriCorps alumnus, Derek has a love for teaching and service. In 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, he became a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Services Derek offers include yoga, group fitness, and health coaching. As a father, he intentionally works to break destructive generational patterns and be an example for his children as well as other parents.
