Special Olympics Nebraska transforms the lives of over 6,000 individuals with and without disabilities through programming in sports, health, education, and leadership. Rose Swenson is the Events & Law Enforcement Partnership Manager, Rachel Mulligan is a Special Olympics Athlete and Mike Mulligan is Rachel’s Dad and Special Olympics volunteer.
