-         Charlie from Gulfside Healthcare Services is here, and he is the Director of Caregiver Support Services. Tell us about your role and what your team does.

-         Being a caregiver can be such a difficult position in so many ways. Why is it so important to make sure they have support too?

-         What kind of things does Gulfside offer to help caregivers? (support groups, phone call support, training and education, etc.)

-         I’m sure there are people listening who might be new at being a caregiver for a relative or friend. Do you have any tips for them on things they can do to keep themselves organized?

-         So many people talk about the importance of self-care, and that has to be just as important for caregivers. What are some ideas for self-care that someone taking care of a senior can do for themselves?

-         Now Gulfside also has volunteers that can come in and help with some things. Tell us a little bit about what the volunteers do, and how someone might become a volunteer if they want to help out in the community?
