-180 k to 300k homes are not easy to find...get pre approved, so you can pull the trigger when you have to get it done quickly

-quoting rates is not always best way to shop...local lenders offer more than just #s...they can offer a relationship that will go past the deal, you may need help in the future, questions about modifications...etc
