-know the judge, the attorney presentation needs to crafted to fit the specific judge

-mud slinging damages everyone, put kids first

-social media is FOREVER, if you cant use it responsibly, don't use it...IT WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU in court...don't get on the internet to air dirt

-texting and distractions are at all time high, auto insurance is critical

-10k pip... covers medical & 60% work loss....all must total less than 10k

-10k pip is not much, if you have to cover Mercedes damage and hospital bills 10k goes fast

-UM (uninsured motorists)coverage...if other driver cannot pay, your policy needs to cover you

-know the laws regarding loaning your vehicle, are kids driving your vehicle covered? or specific questions about your policy coverage

-don't let your policy lapse, it increases due to lack of continuity

-switching insurance companies damages your ability to get best rate 

-Florida still uses credit score to set insurance policy rates, not many other states use credit score.

-$87 billion worth of damage done to businesses...get insurance so you will be covered if your business gets hacked
