-with timely management you can avoid late fees, repair costs escalating, insurance issues...the management company will recommend an on site mgr if it is needed...some properties require an on site manager

tip-get a full assessment of your property, so the estimate is correct, cant just call and ask for an estimate without knowing exactly what is required to manage your property
