Ruth knows small changes can occur anytime, so get locked in...rates fluctuate all the time, be ready to respond

-watch value of bonds, rates respond to bond value daily

-"alerts to lock" when factors indicate rates rising, make the move to lock

-lenders use many gimmicks...we will pay your closing costs or offer a special dea

-there are programs that Ruth can get you...where you get a 2% grant and 1% down to get to 3%...

-make sure you have a personal relationship with your lender...Ruth often picks up broken deals and finds a way to get it done...your lender is a big bank, staff will change and new faces will not know your story, find local lenders
