Connor- termites have been showing up later than usual this year, even some species that usually don't appear in the bay have been spotted

-whether your home is block, wood frame or sips..termites find a way, they will come up through the slab and get to the wood that is present, even if its on the 2nd floor only

-termite inspection can crush any real estate deal, get it done by someone you can trust

-bats are big in florida, they get in homes and commercial property, they are good for bug control but their feces can be dangerous

-venomous snakes are prevalent, get to know their appearance and learn habitats, so you avoid them

-bear population in florida is growing, be aware, secure your trash
