Episode description

On another great episode of The Construction Life, we have Greg Labbe, a Lab Technician from the Ryerson Research Lab. We get right into what we need to know about the air barrier "System" and discuss how these individual types of materials work to maintain a healthy home for decades to come. Where these types of materials should be installed, interior and or exterior applications. Understanding that all trades and we mean all trades must be aware of the "System". This isn't a show about promoting individual brands and or products, this is a show about how to use those products. Mind you, fibreglass insulation was jabbed at more than a few times and for good reason. Lastly, and this is a first at TCL, Greg makes a great comparison to 6mm poly, tuck tape and condoms. You don't want to miss this entire show, full of valuable building information. Thank you Greg for your time, your expertise over the years and your friendship. We are better builders because of you. Can't wait to do a follow up to this show in the lab. This is The Construction Life.
