Uncertainty and fear of vulnerability can sneak in slowly, placing invisible barriers between you and the one you hold dear. Sharing uncertainties with your partner is critical to maintaining a solid and connected relationship. However, this requires the courage to be vulnerable to expose your insecurities and fears. Not doing so can lead to disconnection and increased insecurity.
