It's the final phase of the Spiral of the Work; Going Forth. This phase is when we start to feel our inner power to be able to take forward all that we've learned and apply our understandings to our work for social change, whatever that may be. Sarah and I discuss how this phase has manifested itself in our lives and how we experience it within the context of the full spiral. What phase are you in now?
