Episode description

In this episode we talk with Catherine Hutchins & Aniyo Rahebi the female founders of the 'good single use' edible cup; Good-Edi.  The cups are made from ethically sourced, grain-based vegan ingredients so Good-Edi is a solution that is good for the planet, and good for you! Both
Catherine and Aniyo have worked in the food processing and packaging industry
for over 10 years.

The Good-Edi cup is like a waffle cone that can be eaten once it has fulfilled its use
as a cup. Consumers not wanting to eat it can throw it in the compost or even the
general rubbish, knowing it will not take more than a few weeks to break down naturally.

Currently they are only located in cafe's across Australia, take to their instagram (@good_edi) to find out where you can grab a coffee with one of their cups or their website https://good-edi.com/.

Our mission is to inspire vulnerability and awareness in order to become more mindful of our everyday actions and how they affect the planet, each other and ourselves.
