Episode description

Remember in grade 8 when we all took creatine before doing 10 exercises of bicep curls......Oh okay that was just me.

Creatine has long been used in the athletic world as a supplement to help improve strength and performance.

During this episode I discuss what creatine is and how it may relate to concussion.

Have you used any supplements to help with the symptoms you have felt following a concussion?
