Episode 82 What is The Secret to How I Created my Multiple Six Figure Business in 3 Years and How You Can too!

business. I've impacted people, so many people and grown a, you know, 60,000 community on Facebook, I had a 10,001 on Instagram, I have a 2001 on LinkedIn, and the podcast has

grown to 5000 people. So it's really incredible to think in four years, the amount of lives that I've touched and the amount of people that I've impacted and influenced, and also the people that that my clients are in the amount of people that they've implemented the teachings that I've shared for their life's work and who they have touched. And so I want to get in today really how I've done this, how have I created a digital empire in about, you know, three and a half years, four years, we

January 25? And how can you do this? Like what's the best way for you to really get your foot in the door to start impacting people to start living a freedom lifestyle to? To start living a life that you love? Like, what's that way to do it? What's the key? What's the secret, and so I wanted to offer that in this episode. I'm super excited for it. But before I get into that, I first want to welcome all of our Colleen Gallagher podcasters

This became a passion of mine because I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at age 14, after nine long years of suffering, I self Healed my

body, my mind and my soul. So these episodes, I bring you my own voice as well as people I meet along my journey to offer perspective, inspiration and real life proof that when you choose to follow your dreams, you choose to say yes to what is inside of your heart, that you do begin to create a lifestyle that is wildly impactful, fulfilling and abundant beyond your wildest dreams. And so with that, let's get into it. So I want to share with you guys here how I build this empire? How am

I traveling the world? How do I travel to all these places? How do I have all these clients? How am I always post them social media? How do I get clients through social media? How do I do sales pages? How do I host my courses like all of these things? Well, I really want to tune into the number one thing that transformed me right and that was education. And that's why I say you know, the CGI mission is activate educate, empower, we want to activate you to come back to life, the true

you to come back to life. We want to educate you so that you know exactly how to sorry, I was looking at my phone, make sure it didn't go off. Um, we want to educate you to make sure that you have the right information, the right education that's really going to empower you to get where you want to go instead of education that's teaching you to stay stuck in a mundane life.

And the last part is empower we really want to empower you, we want you to see what are the self steps you can take everyday just one step different. So you can become into an empowered state. You can say I am owning my power, I'm empowered in my body. I know the thoughts that I'm thinking I know the direction I'm going I believe in myself. And I really make this life happen for me. And so, how I've done this, I guess the secret is my online courses. A lot of you wouldn't have guessed

that. You know, my business started out when I was in New Zealand and I had this dream I had this idea that I wanted to travel the world and I want to do it on my dime. And I was looking at all these ways you could do that through companies and influencing and nothing really resonated with me because I just felt like I still would be doing something for someone else to then make my dream happen. It's like I felt like I always had to do something for somebody to get what I wanted.

And so I had this powerful thought or I had this powerful awareness that God source the universe What if I could travel the world alone and give me the idea? And I was actually reading I forget the name of the book this moment but it was mine Valley visions first book, I think it's like the code to an extraordinary mind. And I changed my life because I began to understand how much our subconscious mind was influencing our life and how much our past was dictating our

future. And so I thought, Okay, well a book changed my life. Maybe I could write a book. And so I sat down and surely the name live your truth came and then find your truth or become open, discover, explore love, intoxicate my five step process to intoxicate the world, those love people who believe that they are here to do great and live an amazing lifestyle. And it just came through me and these past stories, and I wrote

it. And then I realized, like, okay, a book isn't just going to really get you around the world to get Ken but right, your first year in business, you know, all these things, and it just seemed too complicated. So then it'd be good to look at online funnels and online marketing. And I heard a mentor out of Miami, and I saw that you could create an online course. And so I already had the book already had the curriculum that I was teaching, I just needed to make a course.

Like, okay, this shouldn't be too bad. So I hired a mentor. And luckily, she gave me the framework for the whole backend of your online course, like what is in the online course how to

do it, like everything. And so I did my first online course, my book came out February 8, I had a, you know, private group, or pivot, or what's it called the canal group that would go through it by practice, I had five people I enter are invited to do that, out of the five people, only three people finished it, because the other ones didn't want to do the work. And out of those three people that finish it, they're all like, these are incredible.

Like, they all saw results, like these are people that did it for free. And I was like, Oh, my God, and I literally did the course. But like we had week one, I only had week one done. And then while they were doing week one, I was working on week two. And like literally while they were doing, I was not even done with the whole course, while the beta group that's called the beta group was doing

it. And so then these clients are getting are these, you know, people were doing for free, they started giving results, like massive results. So what I find they're like, Well, this is the most comprehensive course that I've ever seen. Like, I've taken $1,000 courses, and, you know, this was free. And I was really, and these were, like people I admired and close friends of mine that could tell me like that sucks calling, like, come on. Like they were really, you know, they could have done that.

But like, my own friends were like, Oh, my God, like this is exactly what you're meant to do. And so I began to market that course, I began to run Facebook ads to I began posting about it, and people would just come to me and I had a sales process that was set up where I had application questions, and I get on a call with them, I've done more about them, and I'd roll them in the program or not enroll them in the program. And it was like this beautiful

experience of Holy shit. I could literally travel the world full time running people through this course changing their life. And like, it was mind blowing to me that this one course did that. So I started doing that. And then I kind of realized that there's more to this, like, if this technology can make money, because I had my first $10,000 month, within four months of my business starting. If this could happen, this quickly, there has

to be a way to scale this. So more people can get access to this. And so that's when I had a friend, my friend's mom and dad mentioned to me that I should go and get my Master's in PhD, they're like, that's gonna be the next level for you to really hone in on this and where you want to go. And I was like, You think so? And they said that, and I was like, I think they're right. And that was back in 2018. And now we're in 2021. And I'm halfway through my PhD, and almost four years in business.

And so it's kind of crazy to think how that one idea that one idea that I had if I just wanted to travel the world, and be able to do it on my own, where I didn't have to do something for someone else to get what I wanted. And that one powerful feeling that desire that thing of I just meant to travel the world and help people and experience this love and bliss.

Like that. Drive that desire to feel that and experience that obviously inspired me pushed me motivated me in such a way where everything that's been birthed from that desire has been birth with 21 online courses with helping hundreds 1000s 10s of 1000s of clients through my free content. And then hundreds of clients through my paid content, or my paid courses. I mean, my that's not even including my books. I don't even know how many that is like I

couldn't have dreamed. Like if you think about just one person and all the lives I've touched from just one idea, just one thing, but the way I did it was through online courses. And so I ran my first course and I saw it there. I was learning more I was learning more about digital marketing. I started learning more about energetics and spirituality and how it's not about so much about what you do in business, because we all have the same amount of hours in a

day. It's about who you're being when you're doing the things you're doing to who you're being when you show up to lead your team about who you're being when you're even thinking about scaling to a team. So who you're being when you're writing your content when you're creating the logo, like it's all these things like who are you being in that

process. And when I started to understand energetics, I had to do a course I met manifestation because I started to really tap into manifestation where I would think about things they would just come true. Like an example before this podcast for those, you know, I'm at my parents, because my mom had a surgery. And so right before this, there was a worker that was going to come into their home and fix something in one of their

bathrooms. And she was like, well, it may come during your podcast, and I was like, No, everything's gonna work out right on time. It's not gonna interrupt it to me perfect. literally two minutes before the podcast go live. He was in and out, like already, like he got here, like 10 minutes before I finished it in six minutes and left. And I was like, see, you

just think about it. But this started to happen in all areas of my life with money with business with so many clients with money, literally just showing up on the ground like, this started to happen in a really magical, expensive way. That just lit me up. That just made me like, oh my god, more people need to know about this. So I started doing a course, which is my eight week how to become a powerful manifester

course. Then I started my second book sister and my masters and more people were like calling How do I write a book. And so I did my next course how to write, publish and monetize a book. And then as I started my third book, which went through publishing, under my second book, I added another module to that. And I added all these modules to all

these things, basically. And then I would just have like random, not random, but pop up ideas that would tend to because so many people would come in, and they asked me questions on social media, they be like, hey, and it's like, literally at one time, I would get an influx of questions from people in the community of my posts, like, Hey, I'm really struggling with this, Hey, this is really going on, hey, this was the trauma,

whatever it was. And so I made courses literally, but what people were already asked me about. And then if I, they asked me something that I already had the course I could enroll them in that or I began to do what I had a self study course that alone or investment, or throughout my year, I run each of the courses live most of the courses on everyone live at least one time. And so I could pre enrolled people to that course of what I was going to

run it live. And this worked out so beautifully for me, because it's how I grow my business. It's how I really grew. And so what I wanted to share how I've done the Colleen Gallagher, and what I believe is everyone should create an online course I believe everyone has knowledge, everyone has a life story. Everyone has wisdom that's inside of them waiting to be shared weight, because I just read something in this book, I forget what book it was, but it was definitely by a high level

CEO. And they said that whatever has happened to you in your life, you surely are not the only person who has experienced that story. And so the sooner that you can accept and come to peace with whatever life experience you've gone through whatever your story is, then you can be into storytelling, share it in a way that other people can relate to you and they can see like, wow, this person healed their life, wow, this person did it. So I could do it

too. You become the example you become the evidence that people are looking for. And this is really the essence of an online course. And as we know, the future of education. I mean, I know that I'm not sure about bachelor's, but definitely masters and PhDs are on the decrease of people getting those because institutions no longer fit the needs of education.

We're going to be moving into as you guys know, through my PhD Connectivism learning theories, something called Massive Open Online Courses, which means that there's companies or places or online, universities or education platforms like myself, we offer open online courses, which means you go through and you read, you understand what you want to understand. And there's the questions at the end

that you can answer. And this could be how have you done Reiki or some of you have done chakras or some of you have learned being psychic or some of you learn business school, you know, like there's we're just doing online instead of in person. Now, I do believe in a hybrid model, I think that you still do need that in person. But the massive open online courses is going to continue to take over the world.

And it makes you feel confident as a business owner, that you have whatever it is you're teaching and then you also have a course or you have your product or whatever is and then you have a course on whether it's how you make the product to help people who want to be in a similar industry as you or you help your consumers understand why it's so important for whatever that you're selling for them to be mindful of this new create a short course for them to go through to see why this is

so important so they can educate themselves and they then become an educator and advocate for you to their friends like oh my god, I'm learning so much I've learned about this beauty product or this hair product or this fashion thing and you know, vegan fashion is going to be really big in the future. So anyone who's doing that and that would be a great online course to have something about why is vegan clothing so important? Where do you where do you get that manufacturing distribution?

How do you do that like that would be a great course just on wanting to be a fashion designer, and you had that as one course and also educating your consumers. So this is the importance of, of courses and online courses. And I think the biggest thing that I want to share with each of you or offer is through imagine so I have an imagined agency, it's called the accelerator program. It's a 90 day program where I actually create, we create an online course for you. And last week

was was just super rewarding. If you haven't seen my social media, yet, I had two clients, one, we came up with their company name, and they did their first live, which was exciting to promote the company and their service. The other we had her funnel go live and her course go live. And we had 21 People that viewed the page and two people that gave her her email their

email addresses. So this is really exciting that that means they haven't bought yet that means that they are a very warm audience that they already looked at the page, they're looking again, they are really thinking about it. But for someone who just locked them down in one week, I mean, that's

amazing. That's amazing.
