speaker every time like I feel each of you like I feel who's tuning in I feel where you're I feel like the frustration desire to want to transform this world the desire to want to change this world the desire to think bigger the desire to like wake people up into like what is possible for them with healing with holistic lifestyle with travelling with money like I hear whatever your niches whatever your wisdom is in whatever God the source universe the cause was activated within
you to be like your life mission that thing that you so deeply
care about. Like whatever that thing is, I know that's what you're here to listen for is like that spark just to get you activated and that next level get activated to consistently showing up and saying what you know you want to say I'm so today's episode is a requested after we had the 4000 downloads was holistic sleeping in and I feel that it's so important to talk about sleeping I've never done an episode on this my podcast but a lot of my private clients we talk about this and
for those of us who are intuitive or energetic beings we are very guided by our emotions we oftentimes know what we're feeling and we know what everyone else in the room is feeling more than what they even know they're feeling and so hold on I just need to open my water sorry about that I before I get into this because and by the way, before I even did this, I some of you may know I've been learning how to cook I just made the most phenomenal
pasta. It was like mussels and I put pepper and put mushroom. Pepper mushroom garlic. Oh, there was one other thing I can't think of what it was cucumber. And then these like big noodles and I stirred the straw in with the noodles. I've never done that. And it was just stellar. I'm like really becoming a proud chef. But anyway, back to sleeping. What I wanted to say is like I think so much even we think of like a
holistic lifestyle. We think like sometimes that means as those of us who are overachievers, who want everything to happen faster than it's happening, that we sometimes forget the importance of sleep. And I think some of us who've been taught like sleep is just the thing you do at night. And it's such a false reality. Like for me, sometimes like my deepest meditations are actually when I'm in a sleeping state.
It's when I'm in a dream Murrell, that's when I'm like, actually, like consciously travelling to other realms like it's like I'm in asleep. But like, I'm literally like, going through things. I'm getting ideas for blogs. I'm like getting messages from guides, like, I'm seeing things, I'm
seeing symbols that matter. I'm seeing new ideas for products, I'm seeing like these bright colours, like sometimes I'll choose safe shapes and geometry moving around, like within my third eye or within my body, I can feel like certain parts of my body releasing, like, there's all these things that I really feel and I release them and I
let them go. And then there's also ideas that I take from this holistic sleeping dream world that I go into, and I bring them into my phone, like I literally text them into my phone, or open my laptop and like start writing. Like, I just want you to know like holistic sleeping is such a part of holistic living, like changing your relationship with sleep like actually being like, you know what, I'm going to take a nap in the middle of the day, because entire to my body's requesting
that or waking up at 2am. And that's when you're working like living the holistic lifestyle means that you're really letting your body be the guidance system of what it means like you're letting your body be the compass
almost like guiding you. It's pulling you like a thread, as you're like weaving in this beautiful fabric of life to be like the designer of your own life like the phenomenal designer, the phenomenal, like creative, the phenomenal, like just empowered being who's living, how you're meant to be.
And so, for so long, I always felt like the freedom Life Summit like you're travelling, you're out partying, you're doing this and as I've gotten more into the holistic lifestyle and like really living true to you like what I've learned is that the holistic lifestyle is a lot more of like being in silence is a lot more being in stillness it's a lot more of just being in nature it's a lot more like hearing the sound or the thoughts inside of your
head. Like a holistic living is really transformed and transcended for me because it's not so much about like it's not so much about like go and hustle and do the things and it can be about that it can be like this overarching creative so much is coming through me so much is happening. But it can also be this place of just like changing the relationship of like I feel really well rested, I feel really well nourished.
It's like instead of like snoozing the alarm like just set the alarm till nine like don't force yourself to wake up early if your body's still requiring
rest. And at the same time when you have those moments of creation of productivity like you must do everything in your power to like let your body release what is desiring to come through you and out of you because it's like the sleeping is like giving your body the fuel for you to have the receptivity of how people are feeling to channel like what words to say to like tune in to what people are saying offer the correct advice offer the correct like statements like
I think for so long you know, I think we all just think this freedom lifestyles like do whatever you want with our time like own our time, have fun, we'd have to worry about working and in a lot of ways the freedom
lifestyle can be like that. But in a lot of ways the freedom lifestyle is like you're connecting to why you're here and you naturally just become obsessed with what's inside of you like obsessed with what you want to share obsessed with what's true for you like obsessed with I don't know all of it like you're just obsessed with wanting to like share what you know, with the world, but I wanted to share because someone asked it holistic sleeping or just thinking about a holistic
lifestyle like sleep is so important water so important, like giving yourself a hug when you're laying in bed, not forcing yourself to get up and do things like allowing there to be a transition of like, you know what, I'm going to have to slow my body down because for so long. I've been in a race one thing after the next after the next pushing my body. And now
it's asking for a reset. It's asking for stillness, that in the stillness, I can hear the ideas in that there's nothing to do I'm not forcing myself I'm just sitting here in lane and listening to my body and letting unravel menina unwind and letting it relax and not didn't rejuvenate letting the cells upgrade it's like the more that you just render to that the more that you just allow that, the more the freedom lifestyle is
going to be yours. Like the freedom lifestyle isn't about going out and doing all the things even though you will go out and you do all the things and you'll meet all the people and it'll be extraordinary.
It'll be incredible. But at the same time you're going to be doing it from a place of calm and peacefulness and presence and stillness instead of a rushed energy instead of, I've got to get everything done as quick as possible so that I can go live my life, but then I have the time to do I want to do like, it's almost this place where you're not so rushed to get through your life, to somehow get to a destination that you don't really want to be at because you're going to rush the
next thing but instead, you're holistically like when you go to bed, you're like thinking your bed when you wake up, you're like putting the covers over your bed like sometimes even before I get in bed, I take a shower just to like wash off the day is like nothing goes with me in my bed like nothing goes with me into my sleep or like it just me and my energy rejuvenated from the shower, rejuvenated from like, nothing is coming with me from this day is that tomorrow was brand new.
And like even napping, when you go to like take a nap, you're like I'm so tired, my body's so exhausted. Like I remember when I worked at an internship and it was like you're on your feet for like 12 hour days. And it was so exhausting. I don't know anything about being empathic, then I had no idea about my gifts then. But like it would feel like so draining because I didn't know about energetic protection, I just didn't know anything. Like I had no idea about all these gifts that I
held. And so it would be lunch. And I think you've got like a 30 minute lunch or whatever. And it wasn't really a convenient location. So you couldn't really go anywhere. So I remember I would literally go to my car and take naps, I remember like, I remember like even you got like 15 minute breaks, it was slow, but go in my car and take a nap and come back. And that to me was like holistic sleeping like I remember it was so uncomfortable. But I would just
sit there with the air on. And I would the latest let it go and let it breathe on me and be like, You know what, like, just rejuvenate me. And I didn't even know about holistic sleeping that I don't even know what I was doing that I was like really recalibrating my body just back to safety back to cleansing because I was taking on all this energy of it wasn't at an airport like taking on all this energy of all these people like rushing going places not being
grounded from the plane. Like it's crazy to think like, how much busyness would have been in my mind just from how many people I've interacted with. And then I was taking it on as mine. So I didn't know that there was like a separation of me and other people yet. And so, I mean, I still remember those
jobs, you guys. And it's like even when I didn't have the availability to sleep during the day, I made it availability, I even on my lunch breaks and corporate, sometimes I would just pull over and I'd sleep like I remember one time I was even in Hawaii. This is when I first started my laptop lifestyle. And I was like, You know what, like I did my webinar, there's nothing I can do, like, the sales are gonna
come in or they're not. And I remember I will literally pull over to the side of the road, I pulled the window down. And I literally just put the chair back and I fell asleep and I was like God if I ever do anything, and all I do is hear this ocean like I'm just so grateful that I'm here. But that was like in your one of my business you guys like that was literally like the first year of my business. I sat
there and I did that. And it was like my body had to recalibrate, like, but how do you go through this like resting periods, it's like when you like make these big decisions to change your life when you make these big decisions to change your habits.
When you make these big decisions that you're like, I'm going to live with freedom, I'm going to impact people's lives I'm going to show up on a webinar maybe someone will buy or maybe someone won't buy or whatever that is but when you like have that your body then needs to recalibrate to a higher frequency because you're starting to hold more you're being asked to have more responsibility, you're being asked to like be shown that another way of living is possible for you and so your
body literally has to release density release darkness released things that you are embodying and that means sleeping like in sleep you rejuvenate has to like disintegrate these things that are holding you back but it's like only once you make the decision then you're going to get the rest like once you say this is who I am once you demand it and decree and declare it your body then takes a second to catch up in our bodies more like nature so it takes a little bit
longer if we can make a decision from the mind but the body needs a second to like embody it like the body in a second to like live your life and go like okay you decided that that's what the mind said let me put your body in that environment. Let me put your body in. I don't know not knowing what to do with money. You ask that you want to impact people. I'm going to show you what it feels like to not have money. I'm going to show you what it feels like to have
shitty relationships. I'm going to show you what it feels like pay maybe have your business be taken over on Facebook, like, you're asking to impact people you're asking to, like, do this big dream, I'm going to give you every single story. So you're relatable to so many people at their level, so that you can actually impact and influence them. Because without you being relatable, people aren't going
to get from you. That's like, even like the Kardashians, like why everyone likes the Kardashians so much is because every single sister, there's someone you can relate to even the brother like you can relate to that, like, I have all these sisters, I'm the odd one out, like, everyone can relate to that in a family, there's not someone in that family that
someone cannot relate to. And so when you think about you have bigger dreams, you have to remember that you're going to be given more by the universe and your body needs a holistic sleeping, a holistic calibration. So you can actually be have the story have the experience encoded in your body, not just your mind, it's not just the book you read, but you actually experienced it in life. So that then you could go impact the masses, you could influence that you could create products,
you can invent things. And the holistic sleeping part comes from like trusting that your body needs relaxation, trusting that when you choose a freedom lifestyle actually means saying no to more things that you can listen to your body more especially as an intuitive especially as a holistic being, that those ideas come to you when you're sleeping, those ideas come to you when you like, just wake up and you're like half in dream world half out, like you can't just sleep and
rush out about like, I don't believe anyone who's here in this community is someone who's going to sleep and then rush on a bed like for me like waking up, it's like an hour process. Maybe sometimes too, because I'm so deep, and these other worlds like coming back into my body is a process. And so just know that a holistic sleeping means that you probably will sleep more, you probably will sleep at different times of the day. And that your sleeping process is
part of your journey. It's part of your awakening, it's part of your creative process. It's part of you like being able to hold space, like if you're asking to have online programmes or even let's say 100 or 1000 orders a day on an E commerce site. If you're asking for that, like can you hold the space energetically in your body? Can you even hold
it in a business structure? And sometimes that takes sleep for debate Yes, I can hold that in your body has to calm and has to die as like salads, it's gonna rate to hold you at that higher capacity. Like even I think it was like I'm saying that he's up like 12 hours a day or something like people we need sleep like sleep is like what sets things with a clear head. It's what gets us out of stress, it was
realised that we're safe. It's what allows us to connect with the motherland of the Earth, or the aliens and of the other galaxies. Like it's such an important part of our journey. And I think it's just one of those things that no matter what treat it as sacred, like treat it as I'm grateful for this
life. And when I wake up I'm grateful this day, like treat sleep not like this thing where you're sleeping but you're still awake in your sleep plan daydreaming of what's going to be in your reality, you're pulling things from a dream world into the now you're pulling things that seem impossible, it seem crazy, that seem unrealistic into now. And that's why I keep my phone by me and I put it on aeroplane mode. And I don't put it on aeroplane
mode every night to be fair. But I literally take the things and I literally will text myself whatever's coming through. And sometimes it makes no sense. Like the notes that I get are the things that come in sometimes it's like this great blog post or it's this great thing and I listened and I do it and it works out in stellar like that dream all those like what
makes no logical sense. But it's what allows you to like bring the magic into the world because it's in this intangible place that's for your unique soul coding like I am can't see what you see in dream or you wouldn't see what I see because there's a higher power that's guiding us in that dream say in that sleeping that's trying to activate us into what why we're here like into our specific soul mission into our specific soul
contracts. And I talk about that my third book and uncompromised life, like you've got to understand why it is you're here why it is you're doing the things you're doing. And you're just everything in your life is guiding you to remember that guiding you to activate that. And so anyway, um, I just wanted to share that I think sleeping is so
important. I'm so happy that someone asked about the holistic sleeping and really like beginning to have that as part of your life as part of like how you think about your life that sleep is needed. Do not compromise sleep to like hang out with friends or go out like if you're tired your body is trying to recalibrate for a decision you made in your mind for something you claimed and decreed if you're saying you want a million dollar business or a six figure business, but
then your body may need rest. So you can actually get the idea because the idea that's coming through is going to take up space and take up energy and that energy like you're a conductor that energy needs the high frequency of the conductor to be there. So yeah, I think that's mostly want to say but I really love when you guys email me when you message me about podcast episodes or topics you want me
