Episode 13 - Start Creating Instead of Doing

Even if you look at Napoleon Hill, 13 chapters, baby, if you're a business and know you mean, you have to know Napoleon Hill Think and Grow Rich, if you're in business, and don't you're in trouble. So anyway, I'm super excited to be here, because I have an exciting podcast episode that I want to talk to you about. And this is going to be very different than my other episodes. So just be aware, I'm going to be a little bit more spunky, funny and direct, which I'm pumped about.

So this episode is called Creating versus doing bump bump. Now, what does this mean? So there's a huge paradigm shift that's occurring. When I shot this episode, it was during COVID-19. We are in shelter in place, which gave a lot of people a lot of time and space to do things or to create things. And so what do I mean by this theory of do and create. So I find this very fascinating,

right? I've talked about this in my ebook, and I've talked about this in a few other places that we mindlessly go through life doing things sometimes like we do put on our clothes, we do our outfits, we do work we do in our relationships, we do dinner, we do life, we do the grocery store, we do all the damn things, right. However, there's a very different energy that's available to us. And that's what

I want to talk about. Because in COVID-19, you could have done all the things you could have done the Netflix, you could have done the writing, you could have done the sleeping, you could have done the park, you could have done the working out, like you could have done all the things Yeah, it's a very different energy under this,

which is the creating energy. So I want to talk about this, because it's very, very important as the way that the world is going, it is going to be gone into a creative nation and a creative global awareness. So if you are not creating, you're simply just living your life doing, I promise you, you are going to have defects in your health and your relationships, your money, whatever else there's going to be major defects if you're just doing our continue, because the actual physical frequency of

planet Earth is increasing. This is science, you can Google it. And you can literally see how the frequency is increased of planet Earth during the last like 50 years, astronomically before any other time in the world. So what this means that there's increased frequency that's going through as meaning increased energy running through our body making us more hyper, more aware, more movement that's

available to us. And so we can either just do from that energy, I'm going to do 10 Push ups or do the thing, or I'm going to create a workout practice, I'm going to create a workout ritual, I'm going to create something that allows me to move my body. So I feel like I'm connecting to something higher. And when you start to do this place of creating your life

shifts rapidly. And so here's the thing when we get caught up, because especially in the online world, or people that do social media are doing the podcast creating the podcast, there's a way to get caught up in this right. So people will be like, you know, I don't want to do social media. I don't want to post all the time, blah, blah, blah, all the excuses, which is fine. However, there's a very different energy of you know, I'm going to show up on social media by simply creating as an

artist as it's a campus. I don't have to show up every day on social media. Yeah, I do get to create a movement on social media, I get to create a platform. Because when you come from this place, it starts to feel a lot less like you're doing a video or doing a post or having to do something to get a result because instead you're so enjoying the process of CO

creating. And so it's in this journey of doing versus creating that you are finally allowing yourself to drop into a new reality that was always existed existent for you, but you were just blind to seeing it because you were mindlessly going through the task on or unable to see the consciousness and awareness you had available for you that heaven is Earth. And see it's in this moment of when we can just back up and slow down and breathe We Can Remember to pause and

look around. And we can start to see that when we simply allow the expression of the frequency to be captured and brought through to be shared out into the universe. And then that frequency simply creates a reaction, as it's the natural law of attraction for it to actually do the work, because we already created the frequency to be a match for us in return. Do

you follow me. So when you're living your life, doing a relationship, it's going to end up feeling doll unexciting the sex is going to go, the passion is going to leave. When you end up CO creating a relationship, it's going to expand into the cosmic universe, galaxies back into your soul. Because when you're co creating, you're taking time to sit with each other once a week, at least for 15 minutes saying what's going on really well in the

relationship. And you're taking some time to say what you'd like to see more of. When you're co creating with your work, you're asking from a different intelligence, how you can show up better for the expression to come through you for more people to be activated by the way that you're perceiving the world.

When you're co creating with the universe, you no longer care what the media is saying about COVID-19 Because you are so productive with your vision on how you can provide a solution to a problem that you truly care about. Instead of being sidestepped and distracted by all these things going on around you that are actually into your souls alignment. Instead of taking your frequency to look left, when you should be going right and backwards. And all this disturbance is created in

the field. When we start doing our we receive people doing things instead of looking Wait a minute, is this a co creation opportunity. And when we can simply shift this perspective in our awareness, that is when our life begins to have miracles occur. That is when our heart becomes intertwined with business. That is when our social media no longer is a drag get it's a gift because of the people we get to globally meet.

That is when we no longer look at our relationships and wonder when they'll be better they start becoming in that moment, because we had a thought of now we're willing to co create instead of be in a suffering mentality. You see, when we start to stop doing things mindlessly and we realise how incredible this beautiful life opportunity is, we then can start to see the coding that exists in the field around us.

It's everywhere exhibiting in the shirts with the creatures, and in the way that language communicates to us on our food. It's even on the signs when we're driving by in our car, yet we're so busy not even able to see. There's messages that come through when people talk to us all the time and conversation. Yet if we're so busy just to do the conversation instead of being present to co create what is present naturally ever flowing as two human souls come

together. From that point, you miss the evolution that's meant to occur in the expansion of your existence. And the lesson will keep coming back to you through different conversations allowing you the opportunity to co create because there's never a lack of opportunity ever. Yet. It's all in your hands, how quickly you accelerate in this life that you are choosing to live. And from this place, when you can start to understand that it is in your control to simply do and create. Your life can

shift. Abraham Hicks said it beautifully. There's going to get a point in your life when the vision becomes so big that the action of doing simply won't be enough to hold the frequency for what you're desiring to receive back. So let's break that down.

There'll be such a point when your company grows so big to $1,000,000,000.10 billion 23 billion Jeff Bezos, a trillion that you can't have the action of doing when you simply wake up and send an email for there to be a huge reaction of fact, there has to be a point when you're at a Jeff Bezos when you're holding a specific frequency at all time. So that frequency comes into your field for the vision and by that frequency the doing is naturally

created. Because you're already just in the simple frequency of the creation for the vision to be coming through you where others can step in and help you with the co creation because they See where they can add value with their skill sets. And that's the point when you get to a true balance state. Because you have allowed yourself to get just into the frequency of the creation that is ever evolving through you from the universe down into Gaia, which is earth

into your beautiful body. And in that simple place, as you start to create from there, everything else is already taken care of, because you are always fully supported. It just only a matter of where you didn't show up, where you didn't choose to stop and listen, to taste, to see to feel. Every answer to every question you need to know already exists. And the questions that you're asking, sometimes God doesn't want you to have the answer, because it's

not what's best for you. And so in this place of becoming a heart centred business leader, I want you to know, it's up in your control how creative you want to tap into your own atmosphere. And from this own atmosphere within you that you can create, then a business ecosystem that naturally feeds itself with other people in it. So before you know it, you're helping people pay for their mortgages, you're helping kids go to school, you're helping

people get out of debt. And more importantly, you're giving people a sense of purpose through your co creation with the universe. Yet it's in this point of being able to decipher when you're creating versus doing in a place. That's distraction. So for example, I have this beautiful podcast, I've created Colleen Gallagher podcast as a co creation with the universe to then co create with you on the other end of you receiving this. And from you being on the other end to

receive this. You now are allowing your plate yourself to be in a more expansive state. Yet, if I was to sit there and listen and say, All these people can come on my podcast in this moment, that would be a distraction, because I'm losing sight that I'm creating the podcast momentum in this moment, the collaborations are meant to come down the road. And see that's the discernment of creating versus doing, I'm

creating the podcast. But if I was just doing it, to have the conversation, doing it to get the result doing it, to do whatever that other people want, I lose the momentum of the actual creation that I chose to capture and a lot of come through through me from a

greater source above. In this place you can constantly breathe into and you can feel with your left and your right hand the masculine the feminine energy, you can constantly tune in and tap in to this is my creation, yet all these collaborations and people are coming in, please help me identify where my focus needs to be. Because there will be darker forces that try to enter to sidestep you. So you will not complete your mission. And it's only in other people's and are on awareness that DocQ

darkness is CO created. So there is no blame or shame, it's in our own ability to tap into the source energy moving through the frequencies we are capturing, to decipher when we are creating out of purity or creating from doing to get the desired result. Because in the true creation of the world, you're never creating to get a result you're creating because of the essence of something that's moving through you that you just can't hide

from it. It's something that's so strong and so potent that you just know it has to be present outside of you into the world. Because if not, it's eating you up inside alive. You're suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, whatever that it is because you know, you have something deep inside of you that is meant to

be unleashed. And you are the only person that can co create that with you and outside of you to then just have it be there and I promise you, the opportunities will come unless you start to focus on how your creation is going to create a certain doing result of bringing me the money of bringing me the family of bringing me the relationship of bringing me whatever that is, which is a false template instead of tuning into that creation that is truly

meant to be inside of you. You live in this duality that we get to dance with it's energy that's existing alive around us and free. And from this moment, when you start to play with the energy at your fingertips. Life light becomes activated all around you for shields of protection to guide you. For you to always know the path for Your next creation to explode into

another realm. And from this place, you get so much less concerned about doing and so much more into the present moment of feeling the energy move through you in the grocery store, to talk to the plant to the dog to the random human being, that ends up not being so random, because that's the person that you're going to co creation now just exploded with. You end up seeing who's manufacturing this thing on a small soup can and that's the exact manufacturer you need to reach out to, to get your

products into a store. You start to widen your mind because your creation becomes so wide and so grand, that you can't even be distracted by the small task of how do I buy a microphone for a podcast? How do I charge my computer, you just know you're going to figure it the hell out because you've got to release this thing that is coming so

present inside of you. So in this beautiful momentum of creating versus doing, I hope that you know, no matter where you are in life, you can always tap into a greater remembrance of why you're here, you can always step into a greater remembrance of the creations that are coming within you that already exists in the DNA that you can activate inside of you.

What I want you to remember is that when you do the thing of the job, like I did for the $23 billion company, or the $400 million company, that at the same time you're suppressing your soul, you're suppressing your body, and at the same time, those are allowing things like cancer to manifest within you. So only you can turn the script around and allow yourself to be the true Creator of everything

around you. And want to take that responsibility, just how miraculous and incredibly you are in the greater equation of the universe, and that your whole existence is to help others. Your life just changed. So creating versus doing, tapping into both polarities. Ask yourself daily, how I show up to this am I creating how I show up to this am I doing to complete a task? Any moment you catch yourself doing something to complete a task? Get the hell

out of it. Run the other way, and start to ask yourself, Where can I co create with the universe because the universe is already asking and CO creating with you. You just get to show up to meet it halfway. And remember, when you have a deep mission, and you have a lot of people that want to come at you for collaborations, podcast interviews, other types of things. Look at is this podcast actually serving? The audience I'm here to serve? Or is it a

distraction? I just doing a podcast to hope to get people or is this actually a podcast where there's a group of people who would benefit from this message, it would make no sense for me to go into a group of engineers that are strictly logical dropping a podcast episode like this. And so that would be doing versus creating, when in that time of when I was doing the damn thing of showing up for the engineers I lost that momentum

of creating. Because I was distracted thinking that by just showing up to something and doing it that it would get me a result when that's not how the world works. Universal Law my friends, remember to always tune in to create your reality instead of do your reality because I promise you, this will expand your heart. It will radiate your mind, and it will bring you miracle after miracle after miracle. Please let me know how this goes
