What? Ah, it's the Colleen Gallagher podcast on episode 10. I know some of you have been telling me and asking me I need to get like a proper intro yet. I'll do that when I feel ready. So anyway, my name is Colleen Gallagher, I'm super excited for you to be here. And I'm grateful to be co creating this way for you to be present with the frequency that I'm sharing and for you to receive it to expand even to greater
levels in your life. So I'm super excited about this episode, specifically, because this is the first episode of we had a request. And I love hearing from the community, things that you guys want me to talk about or things that you guys want me to speak on. So I just created a new Instagram account during this time, I don't know, I might have talked about that. But I let go of 11,000 followers and started brand new, within a month, we're just nearly out like 500. super
beautiful. So we're at like 3% of what I used to be at yet my engagement is around 50% of where it was with the others. So it's like 3%, but 50% engagement, and I'm really enjoying all of you who are truly wanting to make a difference wanting to be a heart centred leader. And it's never really about the numbers. It's always about alignment, as I shared in one of the episodes, alignment trumps everything. And from that place, I got a dream, which is one of you to request a
topic. And so this whole episode is just gonna be how to get comfortable talking on camera and public speaking. So if you're listening to this, and you're like, Oh, my God, this is totally for me, I'm super excited. Because I have a lot of people I think that I forget oftentimes, because I built my business off of social media and off of videos and online programmes that it can be terrifying to initially show up.
However, I do have my first ever YouTube video I did that you can still go on and talk about just wanting to spread love and share love around the world. And I'm in my bedroom on the floor and talking it was like so beautiful. And I remember this woman, I shared it, she ripped it apart, like you're on your floor and yoga pants with no makeup. And I was like, oh my god, she clearly is not hearing the message that I'm trying to get across. And it was my first
one ever, you know. So anyway, I just remember it was like so awful, because I was super excited to do it. And then I was like, oh my god, I can never do a video again. And it had like so much backlash from to like drama. So I wanted to specifically talk about here because I know a lot of you see me on Instagram or Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube. And it wasn't always the way that it is now. So I don't want you to think like a magical fairy dust came
over me. And that's the way that it was, you know, I've practised and I still practice, there's times that I don't want to show up or there's times I feel like I look too tired. Or I'm in the middle of something that I don't want to stop and be present with a live or something when I know that that's what's calling me.
So I want to go deep into here of how to overcome the fears of talking on camera, how to change your perspective of why camera and video is important, and also how to really emerge yourself to being a speaker. So if you're listening to this, I'd love for you to answer how the heck do you show up on camera? Why would
you show up on camera. And the thing that I want to share with you is that camera can be a bit difficult for people to wrap their mind around because people think that face to face is the only way to have an authentic connection. And people feel that when you're on camera or when you're recording something you lose the authenticity behind the connection. And there is some validity to that yet. I believe that there's two ways to do it. Right. And that's why this is a
heart centred podcast. So I teach you how to become a heart centred business leader. So whether you're on camera, you're off camera, you're texting. No matter what you're doing, you're always centred in your heart. So why would you want to then have a camera presence? Why would you want to show up on social media? Why would you want to have infrastructure in your life where people can receive knowledge from you from a camera? Well, here's something
very, very important. And I believe that we all deeply care about something, whether that's politics, whether it's poverty, it's sustainability, it's organic, it's farming, it's animals, it's education, marriage problems. We all have something that we deeply care about like it and I say it's in my first book and live your truth. I say that we all equally have a traumatic disease. Mine happens to be cancer, but we all equally have one. And so many
times. We waste a lot of our precious time and energy talking about problems we care deeply about to people who maybe do not care to listen. So let's say how many times you called up on your girlfriend are one of your girlfriend's or you've been in a group of circle with friends and you're talking about something that you found really interesting whether it was a news article you read or something on the news or another conversation with a friend. And like no one else seems to really
care. And you're like, Okay, what the heck? Why do none of you care about this? This is clearly an interesting topic, like, Can I get some intellectual stimulation from one of you like somebody? Can you help me out here? And it seems like nobody's answering. So well, that's happened to me
quite a few times. And so I had to realise that everything that I'm passionate about doesn't mean that my friends are passionate about our even my team members are passionate about it like, that doesn't mean that and so a lot of times if we go into a conversation, only sharing what we're passionate about, and we don't really find a ground zero, so why someone else would be interested in what
we're talking about. So in a face to face conversation, let's say I'm meeting someone for coffee, and I'm just meeting just to talk about whatever we'll probably end up talking about, like gossip or drama, or news, that's irrelevant, because we don't really have a ground zero of what is the basis for us talking. Otherwise, I could go be enjoying my life and doing yoga and they could be doing the same. I mean, it's great to have
authentic connection. At the same time, I would rather be connected within myself and sourced in universe for me to have different thoughts for how I want to impact the world, because that's my commitment. And that's why I believe I'm here. And I'd rather do that than just mindlessly connecting
over Nassim. And so I had to start to understand that that's something I want you to understand is, if you're having conversations with people, there's no ground zero, there's no basis for a conversation, you are going to be exerting a lot of energy on a topic that people may not care to hear about, which is going to end up having you feel like you're frustrated, you're burned out, you're
exhausted. And that eventually stops you from believing in yourself, because you feel like no one cares about what you do. So a great example, when I worked in corporate America, I was really big on like woman empowerment, and all these other things. And I remember I was a sales engineer, but there was like these things about marketing and like people in the sales team and be like, Oh, my God, this is so cool. I'm like, I studied this in school, like
this is basic information. And people like calling this everyone's are amazing. Like I was an engineer, and I'm like, oh, and so I remember, like, I would get so frustrated. Because I was like hearing about engineering I didn't care to hear about in June, I want to talk about marketing. And so I was like doing the wrong job.
But like getting frustrated, because I was forcing myself to talk about engineering or receive information on engineering, when I really didn't want to talk about that DCM Sanza, the other person was probably very frustrated, they kept coming to me talking to me about something that fascinates them, which is electrical engineering. And I'm like, This is not fascinating. I want to talk about marketing and sales. And like other things, this is like I'm like, want to scratch
my eyes out. Well, even that I've been the other person because there was no ground zero, there was no nothing really for us to have in common to share a conversation about. So when this happens, time and time again, we stopped believing in herself, like I did in corporate America, I didn't really believe in what I wanted
to share. I didn't believe that love could change the world, I didn't yet believe that my voice mattered or that I could share things that people would listen to like I didn't believe that because I was in rooms of people who wanted to have different conversations and when I want to have, and this is all face to face. So you can say that face to face connection is authentic.
But it really wasn't because I was literally just in conversation with people to receive validation that I was doing a good job to get money that I didn't really want to have because I wasn't happy. Do you see how this works? Like it's truly a little bit ironic that this is all set up. But
anyway. Whereas if we truly believe in something we want to say so I truly believe in being a heart centred business leader, I truly believe in travelling the world, I truly believe in becoming an author, I truly believe in people living in their expression. And I believe that people can free themselves if they are given the right information. And they're given the right infrastructure of knowledge, but we just have to make it more accessible to them. And so I believe in all these
things, right. And I've created multiple platforms where I've been able to talk about this. And from video basically, right?
I've been able to create platforms where I share what I want to talk about, and then the right people show up, people who don't want to listen to me just don't come people who want to engage and talk, they show up and they talk and they share and I'm happy because I'm now having conversations with people who like the same things that I am and they're probably happy because they're like, oh my god,
there's someone who gets it. And maybe I'm not right next to them in their account which but they're seeing me through a video through social media which activates something inside of them to then take action to reach out and to communicate which is the most important thing in this world is because so many times so many of us have so many beautiful thoughts and beautiful things going on in our
minds. But we cannot communicate out because we've stopped believing in ourselves because for so long we've been putting ourselves in rooms of people who do not have anything that we want to hear and they don't want to receive it we want to say so we've created this habit of in our life basically a goal. It's okay I'll just suffer Oh, it's okay. I'll just suffer Oh, it's okay. I'll just suffer then.
Before you know it. Oh life time goes by or you just depressed You were to suffer for someone else, because you thought you needed to get money or success or an achievement for that desired result, which is never fun for anyone. So I want to share that with you because I think it's really important to share here. And it's really important when trying to understand the importance of
video. So when you have a topic you care about which I believe every single one of you has a topic you care about, if you don't know i highly go and suggest re listening to episodes, two through nine, about the how to become a heart centred business leader where I share with you exactly how to find clarity to know who you are to share everything in business. So anyway, whatever it is you care about. A lot of times people tell me, Well, I don't know I'm snare with home. Look, how long should
the video be? What should I wear is the right settings. What do I need that. And like now my brain even hurts because I'm like, I thought you cared passionately about empowering people about child trafficking, or empowering people about poverty, or empowering people about children with cancer or chemotherapy. Like I thought these were things you cared about. And now I'm lost because you're caring about how you look. So these are not
in alignment. You're telling me you care about a social problem, injustice, but you're too nervous to educate people about the problem you care about because of how you look. Doesn't make sense. It does not align 0% aligns. Or you're saying, I don't have time to create a video, well, how much of your time are you wasting saying the same thing robotically over and over to people, then they can't go into a portal to receive from
you. Like drop, you're wasting a lot of time and energy talking about things to people who do not care, you're like kind of just putting it out to the universe to people who literally aren't really asking for it. And you're hoping that someone budgets for it eventually. And so we want to get you in a place where you have videos that are communicating exactly what you stand for him. So people that you meet all the time have a place to go and land and receive from you on their time, not on
your time. And so when we start doing this, I say when we go into all these things about I don't know how luck or it has to be face to face, you lose the connection, bla bla bla bla bla, I call this the monkey mind, you get lost. And all these thoughts coming up around a video, an educational video that's here to help people. And you shouldn't care if five people watch it, or 10,000 people watch it. What matters is that you're showing up to educate about a topic you
care about. And if you are making it about you, then you're never going to show up for the damn video. But the moment you decide I'm going to be of service I'm going to educate others about what I know whether it's an overcome depression, and maybe you're still in depression, maybe you're like, you know, I battled depression on a day to day basis. This is
what happens. And here's the steps that I've gotten to get out of bed every day to at least where I'm saying hello to someone, or here's what I did to get out of that and to feel like I can add value, you are further ahead than 55% of other people that had depression. Whether you have anxiety, whether it's education, whether it's finance, whether it's shopping, whatever that is, I want you to understand that you can absolutely make a massive
impact. And so the moment you move from making it about you to being of service, you shouldn't care about how anything else except video because you're more committed to helping someone else. You know what I think and I'm really nervous of something sometimes where I still get nervous of like, how do I want to do that? Or how am I going to
show up for this? I go, you know, does it really matter Colleen or the one person you're going to make smile or the one person you're going to make their day or you're going to initiate them into a new place? Is that what really counts? And I go, the one person is what really counts and that's why you do so that's what I want you to start thinking of is what's actually stopping me from showing up on video and if I really want to be on service, why would I not show
up on video. So even when listening to this if you struggle with this, you should be able to muster up courage to know that you can help someone else if not then I would suggest buying a book on selfishness and learn how to be unselfish and that may sound kind of abrupt.
However, you really don't think that you can help someone that you're so far in the hole of not believing that you can just do something like sending a smile or buying someone a coffee or posting a status on Facebook or Instagram to saying you know I love you or you know I was having a rough day sending love to everyone else out there sending prayers like if you
can't do that. I really don't know what to tell you like if you as a human being can't muster up something inside of you to believe that just by sending one frequency out there. You can't do it. I just don't even know really what to tell you because I feel like you've got to at Some point realise if you're selfish, you've got to, at some point realise like, you are thinking so little of yourself of how much you actually could impact someone by a smile. And if you can't even
let yourself get there. I really have no words like just buy a book on selfishness, like buy a book on seeing how one person has changed the world. Go watch a YouTube video, go do something to empower yourself to see how great you are and the greater equation of the universe. Because it starts with you seem to believe in yourself and from believing yourself that you truly can help others by living into a sense of purpose that only you can do to create film
fulfilment and happiness. I promise you the only way you can ask any single person in life that you will find fulfilment, happiness, and wholeness is when you truly step into your desire to help others through troubles that you have experienced in your own life. And the moment that you take an empowered decision to say that I'm going to be better, I'm going to find a way to walk myself out of this dark place that I've co created with the universe, I can help
other people do it. And that should be enough motivation for you to get out of bed. If you don't have that motivation, whether you have a kid or you don't have a kid or you have a loved one or you have a family like us, you'd have some type of motivation inside of you to think of the kid that does has nothing, absolutely nothing that's in a totally different country as a, you know, child
traffic kid. That's literally doing labour work for agricultural culture, so you can eat that food or you can wear the clothes that you have on you. You cannot be that bad of a situation if you're listening to this to not be somewhat inspired to see that you can absolutely show the fuck up on a video to educate someone about a downfall that you've got in your life.
And if you can't, I really have no words for you besides buy a book on selfishness and learn how to muster up the courage to be who it is you're meant to be. And if even listening to this word, you still can't get there. I might drop I don't know what to say then. But go listen to motivational content. Go do something to see how incredible
you are. So the next thing is that once you decide to make the video on what you decide to show up and you decide to help people and decide that you can you can educate people on something which is all a video is it's just a education of a form of education through moving pictures. Like there's someone talking over and over. So think
about that. It's the brain our human brain we see things emotions, we see cars moving people moving, we walk we streets, see street signs passings, humans are not trained to see things in a stance still, like a photo like we're just not you know, even think of when we look at our closet, our eyes go left to right, or when we read a book, like we don't just see like a standstill or something, we're always trained to be seen
things in motion. So that's, again, why video is important part of your business, and important part of who you be in the world. It's also going to save you time, because instead of you having to go on Blab your vision to every single person that you meet, you can go oh my god, I'm so happy to talk with you, whatever our ground zero conversation is. I have a website, I have a video that talks a lot more about what I'm
doing. Here's the video if you're ever ready to review it, and you can message me when you're ready, or whatever the next step in your process is, but it is just simply an education of video that empowers you to get more people that that's it. And so I wanted to share that with you. And I hope that it serves.
And the other thing that I really want to add, or I guess the thing before I move into this I want to add to that is it's gonna save your energy of blabbing to everyone and instead blabbing to the right people, the people that actually care about the same thing that you do, and it's gonna start to attract those people in a
separate way. So the other thing is, I believe that every business whether it's Amazon, or it's a mom and pop bakery that creates success when they educate their customer by providing they educate the customer by providing them the knowledge of knowing how their experience is going to be. So for an example, Amazon has tonnes of videos that explain to a customer how to be an affiliate, how to be an author how to sell any product, even the products that sell on Amazon, I'll have videos of how
to use the product. And usually the ones with videos sell more because people are like, Oh, I can go here and I know exactly how to do it. Let's say online programmes, the ones that sell more, I wonder exactly how the videos have clicked so people can watch how to do it on the
computer. Video is a way that whoever has the best video whoever has the most I should say most educational video for a customer to have the most ease of use and best experience on a certain platform or a certain restaurant or a certain location wins. Always hands down. And so you want to think of when you're doing videos you're educating
you're adding value. So someone has a different experience in life, you're changing the experience, the frequency that they're tuning in their world and from into you so that they're at a higher rate. So it seemed like the best mom and pop shop. The reason they're the best is because they educate people that it's mom and pop the recipe cannot be found anywhere. And usually the food's the best because it just is like you don't even know why it just is.
Well, mom and pop stores you there are word of mouth, right? Or there's a video on the internet or there's something that gives away that this is a unique shot, usually through video, which is educational, which gives the vibe of something which empowers people to go, oh, that's different, that's unique. I want to try that. Video is the only way that you can truly empower people to be educated about the knowledge that you deeply care about to experience life in the way that
you're experiencing it. And the people that aren't meant to experience and are don't want to experience life the way that you are. Let them go, let them be, leave it alone. Don't, you don't need them. You don't need to have every single person convincing them on the street, this guy is blue, the sky is blue. You know, if people want to know the sky is blue, they'll come to you. And they'll talk
about it. If not let it be let the video be a buffer for you not having to exude all this energy and conversation and topic all the damn time. And instead, you have a system, you have a process in place where people can come to the beginning of your process to receive the knowledge that you have of whatever topic and then they can
engage if they desire. So number two, you have to conclude that the number two reason of showing up on video is admitting to yourself that video is the way to educate people to become passionate about what you are passionate about. So you can educate them to get them to do what you want, because they care about a mutual problem. Without video, you are going I promise to feel exhausted and like you're talking and talking and talking about something and nothing is ever getting done.
Because you aren't creating space for people to land on their own time to listen to videos and messages you are sharing. And a lot of us go well, I want everyone I want you to stay but it's not about you. And that goes back to number one, it's not about you. It's about the mission coming through
you. And it's not about the results, it's about you just showing up to share the message that you deeply care about whether that's helping families, whether that's helping children, whether that's helping people that just graduated college, whether that's helping people that are going on air, aeroplanes, like whatever it is, like it's not about you, it's about you providing a solution to a problem for others that you just care about, like what was something you were frustrated
about, and you wish you had a solution to it. And finally, number three, I believe that each of us are business owners, even if we do not own a business, because even if we work for someone else, and we are in charge of helping that business move forward. And in order for that business to go to the next level, we must choose to go to the next level we I always say no matter where we are in our life, we are such an important equation to the ever evolving movement of whatever
we're part of. And if we don't believe that, that then we're actually holding ourselves back and holding back anyone else that's around us. So instead of just becoming a non human that is living, and each day, living each day in and out until we retire or die, I just don't believe that's how we're meant to live life or go through life. But I understand I hear a lot of people go through life that way. Well, 2030 majority of the world is going to be under 30 years
old. So that means they do not know the difference between oxygen and foam. So if you're not on video, educating or sharing things you're passionate about, then no one's going to know you or business is not going to work for you. And maybe you don't be the person that's on the video, but you have to be something in your business part of it you are co creating you are part of the process of CO creating a video, you're part of the process of CO creating an educational platform, you are part of
something with that. Because if you're not, you're not going to exist, like you're not going to be present for it, it's you just if your mission, what you deeply care about isn't going to be noticed by anyone because you don't have a video sharing it and you're gonna feel exhausted communicating the same thing over and over and over and over and over like a broken record.
And eventually enough of your friends that go to networking events with you are going to get tired of going to networking events, because they're hearing the same topic. And yet you're not really having a place for
people to land. And so for an example, I say, let's go let's go with Relay for Life, fundraisers money for cancer, yet each person in the organisation if they were to have their own brand that's under Relay for Life would create multiple people with various niches that are speaking to different people story with cancer, which would totally 10 acts relates to life investments or fundraising efforts. Because to me, the brand Relay for Life has nothing I don't I feel no
emotion for it. Maybe like many of you like I know it's cancer, I feel something and I had cancer, but I don't feel real emotion. Yet there was a young girl who was 14 years old and she was sharing her story about being bullied and feeling ugly. Now I would donate $10,000 through her to Relay for Life because I just related to her story emotional and that is the importance of showing up on video because If you just had video Free for life, I wouldn't
care. But if it was you as an individual showing that you were someone advocating for it, and I could relate to your story through your life, you've just bought my emotional buy in. And that's how I'm communicating this to you is what are you want to go and especially because in 2013 majority of the world is going to be under 30, which means that they like to buy from people with brands versus big name, big corporations, they're much more like what is your purpose, the purpose driven
impact. And so that's another good example of why you want to show a video or you want to have a brand that expresses a video. So whatever business you're in, it's your job to have knowledge power necessary to share that. So your unique brand is helping your business work and grow. So this applies if you want to start your own side hustle. You want to help your existing business or grow brands, you know, a great example that I share as well as I'm part of
Isagenix. So I've had multiple people that have signed up under me through Isagenix, Isagenix, by itself doesn't mean a lot of people. But people who know me know that I'm a yogi, you know that I use Isagenix, they see my body they see my fitness and now, Isagenix brand has become more powerful, because it's through my niche of Colleen
Gallagher, it's lifestyle. So a great way to start with this, if you're like, Where do I even start, there's so much one thing that I say is look at, you know, out of a month or out of a week and start to hold, you know, maybe once a month, or once a week, like coffees with Colleen. And you can do that on Zoom, Zo M, which is free online. I, for example, I have a wisdom drop Wednesday, with Colleen, everyone's in Instagram, I share wisdom drop. And I do for people to connect with me and receive
wisdom I carry. And this is something that you could do, as well. So now when I meet people in a coffee shop or target, while you're so smarter, it doesn't go oh, actually have this wisdom drop, you know, thing I do every Wednesday, and I have a podcast and I have all these other things that I do that people cannot receive from it. And there's a habit I have a Monday post a Wednesday, Thursday and a Saturday. And so people can receive from that in
different ways. So it's really important to look at that and receive that. And you can start to create your own place for people to receive from whatever knowledge you have, well that I get sent once a month, maybe it's twice a month, but you can hold you know, like a coffees about poverty or lectures, whatever that it is. But you could start to that through a video, which now leads to connection, and then record it, put it on YouTube, do a podcast, put it on Instagram, whatever is
that you want. But at least you have a video, which is now going to compound over time, the amount of videos and hours of content you have for people to be impacted by you. And now the final step is how to get over public speaking, well, the same three things apply is that you don't want to make it about you make it about helping others. Second, you want to admit that you are simply there to educate and share a story. And three realise that you are a business owner with a message to
share and help others. So I know it's showing up on videos helps with this yet thing of public speaking as a practice platform. Well, all you're doing is receiving information from the Divine cloud, we've talked about in all the other episodes of How to Become a heart centred business leader, which is you then sharing through your mouth is a transmission to send out a frequency into the universe. So that frequency can be picked up by other people's energy fields.
So they themselves can start on a new awakening journey to create a better life for themselves and other people because of what you shared. So again, it's not about you, it's about what's coming through you. And then that frequency goes into someone else's field. It's a coding, it's a landing. From that it actually activates a DNA coding and someone else for them to remember part of their
mission through you. And so once you start to get this game of that everything is a mirror and that people are just coming to you to activate something within themselves that they didn't know existed, it gets a lot easier to speak because your understanding it's not about you. So for an example what I mean by best I know that anyone that comes to me they're desiring more love in their life, doesn't matter who it is, doesn't matter what's
going on. Usually they're just out of relationship, other relationships ending, or they're just empty inside. And they really want to feel love from selves and they want to have clarity on their purpose. That's the only two reasons anyone would show up and want to be near me like, no really other reason. I mean, travelling and they care about me generally as a person, but I mean genuinely even let's say people that I
date are my friends. The two conversations that I'll always have will be about relationships, love business, like clarity around business. That's it, like, I'm not really I mean, I'll talk about the technology stuff, whatever. But that all stems from clarity of business, them wanting love and then wanting to find their purpose and that leads into
other things. But those are the three things and so once you get clarity of what those three things are for you why people would want to come to you what they're being activated. It gets easier to have conversations with people because you can easily format why people are coming to you and what's reason is and where exactly They are on their journey that you have already overcome. And when you're doing this now with public speaking, you just kind of see it more as a conversation
than public speaking. And again, I think we all just desire connection, we all desire to be seen, we all desire to be heard, we all desire to be felt. And from that simple tool of being seen, being heard being felt that allows us to just create different momentum in our life in different direction and different things. So I wanted to share that with you. Because I know that it can feel challenging, and so far away to make a video can feel challenging, so far away to be
speaking on stage. Yet, when, again, we put this future ideology and pressure on ourselves that it's like this big, huge thing. Instead of that, it's simply allowing ourselves to share what we deeply care about, for us to feel a greater connection with ourselves. And for us to give the opportunity for others to connect with us, instead of assuming people won't connect with us people can't connect with us. Whatever else that it is, then, really, our reality is just very quickly. I know there
was a time in my life. And it probably until very recently that and I'm sure I have deeper layers to still go into this. We all have always deeper layers. But there was a time in my life when I felt like no one understood. I felt like no one really got why I was here. No one understood the knowledge that I had no one really got my spirituality no one got my intuition. No one understood like my, my highly sensitive empathetic gifts, no one understood like what I saw
business with. And I remember I was on a date with this guy one time. And he told me, you know, I want to see the world that the way that you do I want to experience it the way that you do. And I remember in that moment, there was something that shifted in me, because it was the first time where I saw that people wanted to understand me. And it was this whole illusion in my head this whole time that I had, that people didn't understand me when the reality was I wasn't giving
them the opportunity to. And so when you're showing up on video, or you're asking yourself why can't show up on video, or why I'm not showing up on public speaking or doing a heart centred business, I would really ask yourself like, am I truly helping people? Am I really helping people am I forcing myself to stay stuck in a job or career where I'm getting money. Because the thing I know to be true is the moment you switch
yourself. Every human being the moment you switch yourself into believing that you can help people. And then you switch yourself into seeing that right now you already have more than enough to help people, you already can help the homeless person, you already can volunteer, you can already
create a nonprofit. Once you just start to shift these small things, your life begins to ship rapidly and you no longer have kind of this crazy relationship with people not understanding you are that you don't want a lot of money. You go into this place of becoming creative to see how you could utilise money to help solve problems you
deeply care about. And so that's really the way of I view overcoming video and public speaking, it's the same way as I would view living in my purpose or living into a relationship or living into travelling. It's simply the moment you decide that you as a human being can already do more than enough to help someone else's life be better. The video doesn't become so scary, the speaking doesn't
become so scary. The showing up once a month or once a week becomes natural, because you wonder how you did it any other way. So I hope this served you. I hope that this helps you. Please reach out with any questions you have about videos or if you want to start your own series of something, I'd love to hear you you got inspired to from this. I loved to hear what that series is. I'd love to hear what you're doing with that. And I think it'll be super great. And just remember that no, this
life is so short. This life is so short. We're here for a verse seven instant and the fact that you have even allowed yourself to co create in this moment means that you're already more than halfway there. You're already more than halfway to creating the success you want your rd more than halfway there to being understood. You're already more than halfway there to to really creating that thing that you want that you know the world needs for more connection
to happen. I just want you to know that you're already there in this video and it's public speaking and how you talk at the coffee store is really what's going to propel you forward and you having this infrastructure in your life where you're not gabbing into Gaby and and yeah beating Gabby into everyone, the same thing but you have a place for people to come and receive and then you can enjoy your life instead of obsessing over How you're going to make it all work
out so let me know talk with me reach out to any of your request and I'm super excited to be in the next episode with you
