HB3085 - Remove possession limits for cannabis

In this short episode, I talk about the Dynavap and HB3085. HB3085 is a house bill that was introduced by Rep. Mary E. Flowers on 2/19/2021. As it is currently written, the bill would remove cannabis possession limits and provide expungements for anybody that is serving time solely for cannabis possession. According to our source (cited below), some politicians that voted for this bill voiced that they held concerns. As such, Rep.
