Episode description

In this episode of the Chillinois Podcast, I have a conversation with Suzaynn Schick, PhD. Suzaynn is an Associate Professor of Medicine for the University of California, San Fracncisco. We discuss her field research at cannabis consumption lounges and cannabis events. Suzaynn studies the health effects of air pollution in human subjects. She focuses on the chemistry and toxicity of smoke. She also focuses on how exposure to tobacco or cannabis smoke can cause heart and lung disease. Suzaynn's research has helped to define a new health risk from smoking: third-hand smoke. Read full show notes here: https://chillinois.net/2022/07/09/210-suzaynn-schick/
