She's also certified wellness coach, obtaining a certificate from Yale University on the Science of Well-Being as well as having a background in psychology obtaining numerous accredited certifications in a range of disciplines including stress and anxiety management, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and emotional intelligence life coach.
