You hear it all the time, “Make sure you do not eat after 8pm or close to bed.” There have been studies in mice that showed this to be true, but when it came  to some human studies it was found that eating late at night does not cause additional weight gain in children, but adults that eat late at night consume overall more calories.   What we know is that its not about eating late at night its more about the overall calories consumed. It makes sense that those who eat late at night are extending their eating window and in turn will consume over all more calories.   So how do we combat this?  Listen Now!
